Caprice has held a variety of positions, from individual contributor to executive to business owner. She has also served in a variety of positions that have enabled her to develop new channels and lines of business (B2B and B2C), create and implement strategic marketing efforts and communications plans, and support/develop effective print and media collateral in support of a variety of marketing campaigns and plans.

Caprice is gifted in branding and messaging and is able to help clients creative effective messages and themes with the use of visual and verbal tactics. Coming from a background that extends across sales, marketing, marketing communications, and marketing/sales support, Caprice is able to work across disciplines and organiziational levels to successfully plan and implement key initiatives.

Caprice is the owner of de Lorm Designs, providing "outside of the box" marketing solutions. In addition to supporting her clients through strategic planning and tactical implementation, she has also authored articles for business and academic publications. Her approach to thinking big picture while being able to manage projects at a task level, along with her passion for consistent theming and cross-discipline cooperation, enables Caprice to bring a variety of marketing and business planning skills to her clients goals.
